Questions about shipping

Of course, we offer worldwide shipping!

NOTE: Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, delivery is restricted/delayed in some countries. If you are unsure about your situation, get in touch with us. We’ll do our best to get a Capsbee to you, if the situation allows.

All Capsbees are shipped from Germany.

For orders within Europe we offer free shipping. For orders within rest of world shipping costs are €15,95.

Depending on the country of destination custom fees might be levied at a later stage. Russia, India, and Switzerland, for instance, are prone to charging additional fees. But please make sure to check the value limit for your country specifically.

It depends: Within Germany usually just three to five days. In the EU we are able to provide a Capsbee between five to seven days. Shipping to countries outside of Europe take from two up to three weeks. All packages are send with track & trace, but please notice that we aren’t able to guarantee any delivery times since local carriers of each particular country differ greatly. We label each shipping box with the appropriate customs forms, but nevertheless customs are prone to intervene in the shipping process. Especially in countries like: Russia, India or South Africa.

Of course, as long as the Capsbee is in mint condition. Simply send it within 14 days to the following address and we will refund the purchase.

Please make sure to choose a traceable shipping service and, in case you are located outside of the EU, attach a customs form (CN-22) to your parcel. Furthermore, please declare your parcel as “return” or “gift” so that no custom duties are incurred by the return of your product.

QUESTIONS ABOUT PAYMENT

As soon as we can book your payment, you will receive an automatic payment confirmation and an invoice by mail.

An order confirmation, which also serves as an invoice for you, will be sent to your e-mail address within a few minutes after the order has been completed. Please also check your spam folder if you cannot find the order confirmation in your mailbox. If you can’t find anything there either, please use our contact form and contact us – we can send you your order confirmation again.

Klarna is a payment service provider that handles the invoicing for us.

So you first get the goods and have 14 days to pay the invoice directly to Klarna. You will receive the invoice by mail as soon as we send your package. If you have any questions about your invoice, please contact Klarna directly:

If you have received a reminder from Klarna, although you have paid your invoice, the payment service provider may not have been able to book your payment. The reminder fees are charged by Klarna alone. Since Klarna is an independent company, we at Capsbee do not have access to Klarna’s accounts or to specific information about your payment for data protection reasons, so Klarna’s support is the right place for you in this case:

PROBLEMS WITH THE DELIVERY

If a wrong product has crept into the package, please write us via our contact form. Please enter your order number and tell us – please with photo – what exactly was sent wrong. We will surely find a solution.

We are sorry that you have not received your package completely, that was not a bad intention.
Of course we will take care of a quick delivery for you.
Contact us via the contact form and tell us exactly what was missing. We will then clarify everything else.

We are sorry that your order arrived damaged. Please send us an email via our contact form with your order number, a photo of the damage and the exact name of the affected item and we will surely find a solution.

REVOCATION AND REFUND

Currently, free return shipping is often used by many companies as an advertisement to encourage customers to order. However, this often results in an unnecessary number of packages being sent back and forth, especially to the detriment of the environment.

To curb this a little, we do not offer free return labels.
Of course, we still grant the 14-day right of withdrawal, so that you can return your entire order or parts of your order.
